Elizabeth Beam started with RYAN as a Human Resources Coordinator and quickly promoted to our Human Resources Manager. Since joining RYAN in 2020, Elizabeth has led the team on a complete overhaul of the HRIS and Employee Management System, to effectively streamline all Human Resources and Payroll functions. She has worked diligently to improve the employee experience and engagement, through technology and a hands-on approach. Elizabeth has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Staffing and specializes in benefits administration, multi-state payroll, compliance, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, retention, program management, training, policy development and implementation, business development, and full cycle recruiting in a variety of industries including Government Security. Elizabeth received her CSP from the American Staffing Association (ASA), with a focus on Federal and State employment law. She pursued her BFA in Video Game Design from the Academy of Art University and brings a variety of marketing, animation, graphic design, and IT skills to the team. Elizabeth adheres to a Lean Six Sigma approach and has proven to be a versatile and valued leader within the RYAN team.
