R. Keith Harding, President
R. Keith Harding is an established and well respected IT industry veteran and one of the founders of RYAN Consulting Group, Inc. He brings to RYAN a proven track record of leadership at Cognos, IBM, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS - US Department of Defense), and the Marine Corps as well as over 14 years of IT consulting and management expertise. Prior to joining RYAN, Keith was the Enterprise Manager for several business intelligence initiatives in Cognos global consulting. He was extensively involved in the Business Intelligence System development and deployment at DFAS (DoD).
Clifford Hall, Business Development Executive
Clifford Hall has more than 40 years of experience in the development and management of Centers of Excellence. Before his retirement as a Senior manager with the Air Force, Mr. Hall was responsible for the Air Force Materiel Command's (AFMC) Software Factory, where all legacy systems and interface gateways for critical networks and applications were managed. With extensive experience in both public and private sector, Mr. Hall has developed and led organizations charged with the management of millions of dollars in military IT assets and in the private sector, led programs responsible for testing, identifying and correcting network and application weaknesses for utilities and other critical infrastructure industries.
Chris Mason, Director of Operations
Chris Mason has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement. Mr. Mason has led a wide variety of business improvement initiatives for Federal Government clients including US Customs, Department of Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Business Transformation Agency (BTA), and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). Mr. Mason has also worked for many top Banking, Retail, and Manufacturing companies including First Interstate Bank (Wells Fargo), Safeway, and Sony. Mr. Mason earned his undergraduate degree from the award-winning Ball State University Entrepreneurship Program and his MBA from Arizona State University.
Srikanth Tangirala, Commercial Sales Manager
Srikanth Tangirala has over 10 years of IT experience specifically in data warehousing and Business Intelligence. He has helped clients in a variety of industries-including manufacturing, life sciences, insurance, government, and market research-with data warehousing design, development, and performance tuning. With his technical expertise combined with project management skills, Srikanth helps clients bridge the gap between functional and technical concepts to successfully achieve their BI goals.
Cynthia Hayden, Air Force Programs Manager
Cynthia Hayden serves RYAN as the liaison for federal, state and local clients primarily in the Ohio Region. Prior to joining RYAN, she spent the past 8 years as a Program Manager in support of many Air Force and DOD customers. In addition, she has extensive experience in proposal development, recruiting, training and trade show support. She has over 20 years experience in providing exceptional customer service in both the public and private sectors.
